I picked 140 because it's as close to a healthy BMI number as I think I can get. I know BMI is outdated, but my doctor uses it. If I can get rid of my gut or at least have my boobs stick out further than my gut, happiness will ensue.0 -

When I started in MFP I weighed 183lbs,(just had baby number 2 at that point) now I weigh 146lbs, my goal is 140lbs. If I like what I see and how I feel 140lbs is where I will stay.
When I started the weight loss journey, however, I weighed 278lbs! (About 3 ish years ago).
