just wait--spend a good amount of time at your goal weight with good exercise/diet and you can turn it around. it takes time, but especially at your age you can totally do it. there are lots of women that i have seen that have turned it around. i've never seen a tummy tuck that has every looked as great as hard work does.

i love seeing my friend's diaries, especially those who have the same eating style as me. i like to get ideas, but for those that don't --i don't judge what they eat. it's not my trip. i support them either way.

You don't need to join --- you have all of us here to help :)

i doubt your lean body mass is 18lbs unless you're the size of a toddler --- go for the protein!! Mine is around 45% and i eat around 1g per LBM

Hi ladies --- Add me too --- looking for support from clean eaters and hard trainers ---- I'm happy to support all of your goals as well ;)

You said that you did really well w/ WW --- why don't you continue counting your points as you always have and just log them into mfp and see what you come up with. If you are doing something that works, why change it???? can't you just eat what you have been eating/tracking??

so you can feel extra amazing!

Hi!! You've done a great job so far but if you are ready to take it up a notch, I would start by cleaning up your diet---bump up your protein at every meal---egg whites, chicken, lean ground turkey, fish, whey etc, add green veggies to all of those and remove the processed food you are eating. no mcdonalds, pizza, mac and…
-
i put green beans in my shakes. :0
-
wunder unders w/ a tank and nike frees---is that too much to ask??!! fighting for those goals ;0

What do you deem as appropriate recovery? HIIT does not include complete recovery. otherwise, we can all just get off the track and go home and recover on the couch. Not including a complete recovery taxes the aerobic system allowing for improved capacity, running faster and stronger.
-
Exactly!! Then, you can eventually progress to 3:1
-
You will do it!!! You've had decent long runs ---- no doubt you will finish the last few!!! Soak up all the racer's energy and have a beautiful day. Slow and steady will get you there!!
-
You look AWESOME!

it's good too with the little individual instant coffee packets --they mix well w/o having to make the coffee and have a little more punch to them.

if the "firm" woman asks this question face to face w/ a man --- he will say that is what he prefers! same question coming from a softer woman, he will just as easily say that is what he prefers! Depends on which one is asking the question.

i lift 5 days per week along w/ cardio.

Ha! i saw a girl just like this on the arc trainer for like 20minutes...she never turned on the start button---just staring at the flashing lights blinking to push "START"
-
where do you get these people cheering for you? is it group fitness class or something? when i workout, i have imagined once or twice that people were cheering for me! lol, thinking back those must have been tough workouts that my mind wandered like that...

The trainers at my gym---i really don't know where they get them from---they are so LAZY! Again, this is just my gym. There are amazing trainers, but all the ridiculous ones that people make fun of are at my gym.
