it's just however much you can lift for the designated number of reps! usually, the last two are really tough so that you can't lift anymore--while maintaining decent form. you'll figure it out quickly!! good luck!

Your coach should be able to answer that specifically, being familiar with your body. This is not unheard of and there are a lot of tweaks to be made to create a balance in your physique. many use plyos, hiit, etc to bring their legs down

i love egg whites!! i honestly cannot understand why anyone would ever prep with a food they hate? there are plenty of suitable substitutions and any decent coach should adjust that for you without you having to suffer.

Are you serious? I live in Phx too --- there is a ton of public transportation and nice weather. It's not unheard of...especially if you don't have money, access or even eyesight to drive for that matter.
