do what you like! i do morning workouts for the most part, not because they are far superior, but because i am far superior in the morning. i workout like a machine in the morn, but totally eff around at night. when are you most efficient?

hahaha i go to costco business where they sell to restaurants & buy them in 40lb boxes! DH was prepping for a show and I bought 3 boxes. i felt like i had a dead body in the car----ewwww

there's a ton of different ways to do this. i like lots of heavy squats, db lunges, squat jumps, up and overs, lateral lunges, butt blaster, hill running intervals, step mill. Pick your poison!

show up early, get your bike set up properly---super important, talk to the instructor and have fun!!! bring water & a towel.

sub out that stouffers lasagna w/ lean protein and add the difference in those calories to another lean protein at dinner. check how that adjusts your macros.

Agreed. you are too far out from your goal to abandon back & shoulders. this is a process and not always seamless along the way. Keep working hard, i wouldn't jump down to light weights so soon.

Not everyone who bashes it has never tried it. There are plenty of bodybuilders (men & women) that can hang w/ crossfit for a week. it's not that hard for everybody. The 12 minute workouts are laughable and you have to actually go workout after doing the WOD. I've done crossfit before at my fittest and it made my waist…

luckily for chocolate milk they didn't do the study w/ chicken & oatmeal instead of sugary sports drinks.

chocolate milk after exercising is really only beneficial for those athletes who must consume a high amount of calories, carbs & protein to sustain their energy. unless you are in the olympic trials or something, i would stay away.

My man did worse than that. I was waiting for him to finish up in the locker room at the gym & he came walking out w/ dress shirt, tie, socks & shoes worn w/ a pair of shorts. he packed the shorts folded up thinking they were dress pants for whatever reason. he looked like harry potter or something.

get a coach who actually trains the fitness models, then you don't have to worry if you're doing it right.

hmmm, this is interesting! First off congrats to your commitment. One problem with the extended training at onset is where are you supposed to go from here? When you get 15 pounds out from your goal are you going to be in the gym for 8 hours? Maybe you should only be able to do your weights & cardio for example. I leave…
