I am glad I found this post. I ran a search cuz I have this problem and it poses the worst obstacle in my weight loss. yes everyone says it is 90% diet and only 10% activity. But I notice that I get much better results when I exercise. Maybe it is the reduction in stress hormones. But I have been dieting with out exercise for months and not seeing the progress I want so am going to get back on the horse tonight with 30 day shred

I drink it becouse it tastes better then soy milk and it is better for you as to much soy can be a bad thing. And it has healthy fats for you. I prefer the almond coconut milk blend and the fact that I cant drink regular milk.

ok just becouse you eat more does not mean you are not still at a defcit. It is just some people are eating at a net loss of 1000 calories or more a day.
