  • I dont know, out of calories for the day? Thats why I started saving some. Sometimes if I have a really intense workout even when I eat my exercise calories back I am still starving. *shrugs* I was just making conversation. It just seems like so many people are able to sleep when they are hungry but I am unable to do it.

  • Have you ever tried quinoa? It is a carb/protein :) feels like a carb, fills you up like a carb but is super super high in protein and I think it is so yummy. You can add it to salads eat it as a porridge which is what I am doing in the morning. The recipes are endless.

  • Depends on what you consider summer ;) it is already swimsuit season here in Las Vegas. But I hope to loose 10 lbs by July 1rs for my birthday and another 5-10 by the end of summer
  • This could be it too. Maybe like you said I am just really close to what is considered average and healthy for my build. Maybe I need to put it at 1lb a week and just keep it there.
