welcome on board. trust me if you commit to logging your meals and working out even for 20mins a day, you will succeed with this app. as time goes on, you'll automatically start aiming to be below your calorie goal. Beware, this website is ADDICTIVE.

fee; free to add me if you want. am currently doing the 30day shred and have no way of counting calories burned so my diary constantly shows am over my target.

Drink protein shake(1 scoop) right after each workout, i think it helps and you don't have to start up with weights right away. i started with 15oz cans and then to weights. Am currently on Day 2 of level 2.

Well, i did all 10days(level 1) withought a rest day(proud of myself). since i use the youtube video, i'm unsure what jillian recommends. Knowing what i know about exercising, you should give your muscles a day of rest(to heal & grow) but several people have done all 30days consecutively and are fine. I figured, I've been…

i'm still trying to decide if i should eat back my exercise calories. i have been reading threads on it and it seems to work for some and the opposite for others so am torn. will figure something out though. am thinking eating more raw foods as well.......all depends on the budget. fruits aint cheap:)

i do the same thing with cans. the 5lbs is way too heavy for the side lunges so i use 2 cans from my cupboard. glad to see someone else is doing the same thing :)
