My spinach lasagna. All left over cheese from the lasagna gets stuffed in baby portabello mushrooms. Christmas tradition around my house. Oh yeah, fresh garlic bread (from scratch) to go with the lasagna!

Being a fellow nurse, I say you should have reported her. Many other lives could be at stake. She obviously has a problem and needs the help that reporting her would have given her.

Coconut milk is really good, and there is a really good almond/coconut blend mad by blue diamond!

I do a minimum of 50 minutes, but most days I do at least 60 minutes 6 or 7 days a week. I usually use my phone or Ipod for music to make the hour fly by.

The only tip that I have is to put all of my gym clothes in the car the night before, that way all I have to do is head for the door in the morning! Than just do it!

I think if your cardio is mostlr going to be running, get the running shoes. Likewise mostlr machines, than I would go with the training shoes. It all depends on what is comfortable for you. Or, you can buy one each!
