Good progress today! I initially started the 17 DD on January 2nd and I have lost 36.5 lbs. I am now PROUDLY weighing in under 200 lbs. I am at 196 right now but ultimately would like to be around 185 ~ far away from 200 lbs. As a mother and wife age 41, once you weigh over 200 its all down hill. I NEVER want to go back.…

I joined MFP last summer and exercised more last summer than I ever had (6-7 days a week). At the end of the summer I had only lost 5-7 pounds. I am C1D15 with 9 pounds loss! No cheat meals at all and no exercise either. I feel more energetic and my clothes feel better! I cant wait for brown rice and sweet potatoes and lean pork chops! This diet is amazing!!!

Today is my day 1. So far, so good after I made it through the afternoon headache and starvation with a spinach salad, grilled chicken, cucumbers, and fat free ranch dressing! SW: 232.8 GW: 200 then 180 then 170 I am praying this works and determined.

Please share your success tips for your weight loss. I too am a teacher and spending 5 to 6 days exercising. I have also kept my calories below 1300. Can't wait for your response.
