I have a rest day every other day! I started a weightlifting program that "requires" it and am also using the Zombies! run app that also says to take a day off between runs =P

Here's my post for the day, I ran a Spartan....and it was AWESOME!!!! I finished! Was a little bummed I didnt get my "goal" time of under 2 hours.. but i was only a little off!! Do you think that if you had been lifting from the beginning your skin may have stayed tighter??? Did you have any stretch marks at the beginning?? If so, how have they changed??
