I do a lot of active things with my kids now. we go to the park, we walk the butte (1 mile up, 1 mile down), the river trails, we go swimming, hiking, I take them to the maize at the pumpkin patch, the county fair (lots of walking and I can actually fit on the rides now :drinker: ), bike riding,etc. basically anything they…

I'm a little bit taller 5'8", but I only have minimal loose skin and I started at 350lbs. They say even once your in maintenance mode for 6 mths - 1 year your skin will strink even more...the faster you lose tho the more likely you are to have more excess skin.

First of all...WTG! that is an amazing loss! You should be so proud of yourself! may I ask why your goal weight is so low, 120? That would put you at the 19th percentile for your BMI, very close to being underweight...?!?

I have lost 180lbs by eating absolutely no fast food, minimal processed foods, no red meat, no sweetened drinks (sugar or alternative sweeteners...so no soda, no energy drinks, no lipton ice tea...nothing!) I will on occasion have a cup of plain black coffee, and the occasional beer with friends the rest is just water…

Most of the extra skin has gone away, but I do still have some, for the most part its not too noticeable except for my upper arms...it is one of my goals to get a tummy tuck and brachioplasty after I reach my goal weight and maintain for at least a year! :wink:
