I haven't used those before but I make applesauce with just water and it is yummy. If they are not sweet enough, you could add a bit of sugar or sweetner or honey. It usually doesn't take much.

Not true. All depends on your weight and fitness level. I am not heavy and in good shape and burn less than that by a lot. A HRM is your best bet to know what you are burning. Good luck!

I am in month 2 of insanity and started BBL at the same time. Very safe, fun and effective. I love both of them. BBL is not high intensity cardio, so to have a good calorie burn, insanity will do that for you. BBL is more for shaping the booty.

I am interested too. I am in week 6 of insanity and I want to start BBL this week. I am hoping it helps. I will not be able to do it everyday since I am doing Insanity right now.

Unless you have a body part removed, it is physically impossible not to mention an unsafe goal to think of losing even 1/4 of that in a month. While that might be possible over several months, if you lose it too fast it can be harder to maintain.

I am in recovery week and I have not lost any. I am eating the right number of calories but wow have I lost inches but not down any weight at all, if anything I am up a bit.

Try Bob Harper dvds. I can OD on too much Jillian as well. I am big fan of the beachbody dvds, Insanity, p90x etc.

Have her hide them if they must be in the house. If I am tempted by something, I read the label first and that usually does it for me. I can put it away easily.

We use ground venison any way you would use hamburger. We also grill our steaks (venison, antelope, buffalo) with seasonings or worshetshire sauce, liquid smoke and lots of different seasonings. Just do it! I didn't have to pause much except for push ups and the switch kicks but take it at your pace. It is a great workout. I am in the recovery week and geeked for month 2 (and afraid)! I love it!

Have all of you bashing Insanity done it? I have totally toned up my legs. butt and arms (you can see the ripped muscles in my arms). You do not have to use weights to build muscle. Insanity does not lead to skinny fat.

I have seen it as moderate most of the time but to be honest, most nurses are overweight, so many are not doing too much (coming from a nurse of 22 yrs here).

Yes I did mean if it was labeled cup vs gm, which would you choose. I understand that choosing volume for yogurt makes sense but it was a huge difference, scary difference making it about 75% more if I used volume. It is wild! Thanks
