I noticed my weight loss first in my feet, my shoes were too loose. LOL Probably a lot of water weight.

I mix shakes with almond milk and put it in a cooler. It's fine as long as you keep it cool, just shake again before you drink it.

I do circuit training which is the best of both, weight training that counts as cardio. I do some cardio too.

I eat some of them back because I'm usually hungry if I don't. I try not to go below 1200 calories for the day. I never eat them all back.

If you truly want to get healthier you have to make the right choices and don't let other people pressure you into eating what you don't want. Explain to people that you want to get healthier and if they care about you they will understand and be supportive. Bring healthy snacks with you and drink plenty of water. Enjoy…

I just bought Woman's Health Big Book of Exercise that has lots of weight training workouts. I also think 1,800 calories is high for someone trying to loose weight.

I used to have this problem until last summer I found out that I had a deviated septum and had surgery for it. I wish I had known about this 20 years ago because the surgery has changed my life. My nose still runs a little but nothing like before. I can also do cardio without having to stop and catch my breath now.

I love my fitbit, it keeps track of my steps and sleep and syncs with MFP. I also have a Waho chest strap (heart rate monitor) that syncs with my iPhone when I work out.

I got a Waho chest strap that syncs to my iPhone. I love it, it maps my walks & bike rides as well as keeping track of my HR.

If you do t want to count calories every day you should use MFP to figure out calories for a few days using foods that you know you can eat on a regular basis. Make these foods a habit you can do a couple of variations and write it down. You know if you eat the food from the list you'll be staying within your calories.

I definitely loose more weight when I drink more water. On a Normal day I drink 4 to 5 16oz bottles, there are days that I drink more. I feel better when I'm hydrated, the only other drink I have during the day is a 16oz bottle of diet green tea.

I eat before bed too and still manage to loose weight. You can find studies showing that it's good or bad, you know what's right for you. I can't sleep on an empty stomach, plain & simple.

I know what you mean about the BMI, I was shocked to find out I was considered Class II Obese. I didn't even know that it got worse than obese LOL.
