Great book of woman's exercises
I just bought this book yesterday and I highly recommend it. The Woman's Health Big Book of Exercises. This book has 619 exercises and hundreds of workouts.

Best Compliment.
I got the best compliment at the gym the other day. I was working out and there was a personal trainer with his client nearby. I had headphones on so the PT probably thought I couldn't hear him. He told his client "Man she's strong" made my day. Not bad for a 55 year old woman. :-)

Halfway to 90lb's gone
Hi I'm Susan, I'm almost halfway to my goal of loosing 90 pounds. I've been using MyFitnessPal on and off for a few months but I've decided to get more active with it. I love the outdoors and I want to get in better shape for when the weather gets warmer. I've had enough of winter. :-)
