A few things: 1. Stop getting on the scale very day. I love stats but daily weigh-ins at this point are counter productive. Once a week is my target. 2. I've been eating the Smart Ones breakfast sandwiches every morning since starting my diet (Turkey Sausage and Egg mostly). The great thing for me is that these actually get me to eat breakfast (which I didn't do prior). Never noticed a problem with my weight loss considering the sodium content. Your mileage may vary.

This. Barely anyone noticed at work until I bought all new clothes. All my old clothes were already baggy to start with so wearing them while being much smaller made it really impossible to see my weight loss.
