  • Hey everyone, I just searched for a thread like this one. I have 5 - 7 pounds to lose... which I have gained in the last 6 months. My clothes are not fitting well and I feel better when I am back at my lower weight. I have started logging all my food intake but I think i need to to kick up the exercise to more intense work…
