Ask the instructor!0 -
Go under Cardio and put in strength training, then 60 min, it will calculate calories. Also, ask your instructor if they know, because it may be more than what the strength training calculates!0

I take pump class but I use a heart rate monitor. It's different everytime and depends on how hard I am working or if the instructor changed the tracks that day. It is usually somewhere between 450 to 650 calories. I am 5'5 and 200 lbs.0

I always count mine as 400 even though I'm sure it's a bit more. I just leave the rest as "cushion" calories.0

Thanks Everyone! So I guess there is a way to manually add the calories burned... I'm kinda new to the site.

I miss the Les Mills classes!!! I used to go to Pump, Attack, Combat, Jam and Flow. I was so addicted to those classes, did them 5 times a week for 6 months. But I didn't loose any weight, so I quit.0
