I liked Push more than Burn too. I think I like Lean the best, though.

I just added sodium to my list of things to track on the Food part of my profile. I'm sure glad I did. I will think twice about eating fast food again.

I've been doing Leslie DVDs since beginning of July. I've added strength training with ChaLean Extreme and lost almost 30 lbs. I love the newer Leslie workouts. The old ones are much too boring and easy.

How the heck did you function eating only 500 calories a day?

I felt pain with both Burn and Push, but NOTHING like with Lean. Ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch. :)

There are some balancing exercises in Chalean Extreme. In Push 2 (I think it is) she has you doing one legged dead lifts which I find very difficult. And the entire Lean Circuit requires lots of balance too. Just a heads up. :)

I restarted Lean today since I did Lean 1 and 2 and then got sick for a few days. So I thought I'd just start over. Phew. That is SUCH a hard workout.

Of course. Any exercise will help. But you also need to pair it with eating well. Track your calories here and stay under your calorie goal and you'll lose weight.

Hm. I'm also wondering how long I should wait until I weigh in again. I think if I do it today it will be a skewed number because I haven't eaten much the last two days.

Okay...I did Lean 2 yesterday. I am having a hard time with this phase. It's like my body has to do too much at once. I don't have great balance so I'm wobbly on a lot of the moves. I don't think I'm getting much done because of it. Also the plank with the row really hurts my back even on my knees. Ugh. Anyone else having…
