When I stared to eat healthier, only allowed junk/pop once and a while for a treat and realized how much I love to run!

When I started running outside instead on on a treadmill. It does not feel like exercise to me when I am outside :)

Hey! First of all, congrats! I have only over the last month become serious about getting healthy, and have managed to loose around 6 lbs since December : ) I am experimenting with the 5:2 diet (started today) and would love to have someone to do it with!

I really like the camo bikini, but am not comfortable enough to wear it yet, so I wear the brown plaid one :) I just started working on becoming healthy this year, and so far I have lost 6 lbs in total. I recently started belly dancing this year and it has given me a ton of courage! I also feel a lot better about myself…

-30 C here! The only thing that stops me is if the road conditions become bad (as I live on roads that are not maintained well. If that happens, I workout at home! No excuses, you can do it!
