So I did it you guys! I got over my fear and went to the gym at 10pm last night and no one was there. So I was free to experiment with the machines and got a full body work out in. The have instructions on them so they are easy to figure out. I think I found a new thing that I love to do <3

IF is intermittent fasting. Personally, I follow 16:8. Essentially, I only eat from noon-8pm which is an 8 hour eating window. I fast each day (mostly at nigh while I sleep) for 16 hours.

For me, its juice! I L-O-V-E juice! This is a great idea! I will give up juice for the week! So stoked that my weigh in today shows I have lost 3.8 lbs this past week. Most of it will be water weight because I didn't watch what I ate during Reading Week, but a loss is a loss!

Potato soup <3 My work used to have one that was a "loaded" baked potato soup. It was essentially a creamy potato soup with bacon and cheese in it, then it was topped with cheddar cheese and green onions. I'll have to take a look, because a substitute would be nice!

That sucks! I live in Ontario, but I lived away from town (out in the forest haha) we lost power (and as such heat and water) for 2 weeks. It sucked, but at least we were able to go to town for food etc. Good luck, stay warm!

I stuck to my calorie goal all last week! I am aiming to continue this trend. I have also logged in for like 32ish days in a row, which is a personal best :) Also, I weighed 178 lbs around Christmas and now weigh 165 lbs. Granted, some of it is water weight, I know that some of it is not. I take it lol.

I weigh myself daily (unless I had an event etc. the day before). I only track the weight change on Sundays as well.

This week has been much better for me stress-wise as exams are done *happy dance*. However, I am in charge of baking which can be problematic haha. I am trying my best to not overeat on only treats and neglect actual healthy food!
