I weigh in everyday and record my weight using a weight tending app (HappyScale). I record my change in weight on MFP on Sundays only.4

Same here. Love Happy Scale!
In the end it's preference. If weight daily keeps you in check better and you don't get frustrated, go for it. If fluctuations get you down, try less often such as once a week.1 -
Every day. Record on Monday with MFP. Also a "happy" Happy Scale user!1

Almost every morning. I take the dogs out, feed them, then do my morning routine which includes emptying bladder, undressing for shower & weighing naked. If for some reason my routine is tweaked (like I shower the night before) then I may miss a day.
BUT I don't stress over the individual numbers. Frequent weighins help me to understand my body's trends in terms of TOM, sodium, etc. Typically I consider my last 'lowest' weighin as my current weight. Until such time as I have a new 'lowest' weighin. I am pretty confident that if I eat a deficit then I'll get back to maintenance weight. Reached that in 2014, maintained in 2015, and gradually put on ~12 pounds in 2106...Do you weigh in more than once a week?

Another vote for daily weighing. It's helped me see what I otherwise wouldn't regarding fluctuations due to my TOM, sodium, etc. as stated above. If I only weighed in once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month, I would completely miss the fact that my weight tends to plummet after menstruation, but shoot up 1 to 3 pounds again during ovulation. In the past 7 days I went from 114 pounds to 110 due to my period. If I didn't expect it by now, I may have adjusted my calories too soon and underfed myself.2

I weigh myself daily (unless I had an event etc. the day before). I only track the weight change on Sundays as well.1

I used to weigh weekly. Then decided to give happy scale a go. I record my lowest weight from happy scale on mfp. Usually on fridays. By using happy scale, I am able to see my lowest weight which might not have happened on my weekly weigh in day, so I would've missed it.2

I'm going to have to try happy scale too! I like to weigh every day as it helps me see how certain foods or activities affect the scale. When I start avoiding the scale is when I know I'm not following my program!2
