I finally exercised some last week! Plan to do even better this week.
This week I want to focus on:
1. Logging
2. Exercise (at least 3 times)
3. Create a menu plan for the week and follow it

Good job! Menu plan is such a good idea. I'm so busy this week that I'm trying to eat through what we have in our house so I don't have to go out and do a big shop. Some success so far, but when things are less hectic I am going out to do a huge shop.1

That's awesome. I find that having a menu plan when I am really stressed and short on time (midterms/exams). I actually prep meals for the whole week during these times!
I am so stoked for the new year. I received a Gear Fit 2 for the holidays and my Polar FT4 with chest strap just came in! I also don't have any conflicts with the 3 Zumba classes I can take each week thru my university this semester. I love Zumba1 -
