My NSV happened totally by surprise this morning when my sister dropped off a pair of size 10 jeans she can no longer fit (too big for her, she's also on MFP) and I'm wearing them now! Whoo hoo! I haven't been this size in over 10 years! Just read through all of the posts and I wanted to add that all of these are great…

Well, I am pleased to post I have lost a total of 11 pounds! I weighed in on 1/1/13 at 168.8 and my weight this morning was 157.8. I am only 2.8 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight of 155! My other goals were to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and to burn a total of 3500 calories a week. I definitely got my…

I just scanned the frozen entree I had for lunch and what came up was a completely different item. When I went to the database and did a search, more than one entry came up so I had to go through and make sure I chose the correct one. Definitely be careful. Thanks OP for this post.

Did a Circuit class this morning with my favorite instructor and burned 647 calories per my HRM. This girl was on FIRE!

During the day I have a 24 ounce cup with a straw that I use for my water. I fill it up 2-3 times a day to get my water intake in. It's easier to drink with the straw at work. I use the 16.9 oz. bottles of water when I work out. I easily get 8-10 cups in every day. It helps that I love water :drinker:

Down 4.8 pounds since last weigh in. I think I should up my goal from 5 pounds for the month to 8

Any loss is better than a gain! Good job

I'm 55, 5'7" and weigh 162. I have a Polar FT4. I usually burn between 450 - 525 calories a class but have gotten as high as 600+ depending on the instructor and routines. As my weight goes down I adjust it in the personal settings to keep it accurate.

Don't give up! I think the holidays derailed a lot of us. With family and friends around, all the goodies I had shied away from I indulged in. Even though I gained a few pounds during that period I kept myself accountable by logging every day, the good, the bad and the ugly and I kept up with my workouts. A previous poster…

I LOVE my Polar F4! Got it on Amazon for about $60 several months ago. I never workout without it

Jazzercise for me at least 6 classes a week. Combines cardio, strength and stretch with lots of core work. I LOVE it! I burn on average 500 calories per class and it's so much fun

I LOVE my coffee! My latest indulgence is 1 tbsp. of Coffeemate Caramel Macchiato creamer in a 12 oz. mug. Never cared for it too sweet as an adult so this is just right for me. Only 35 calories and it works in my daily calories. I can even drink a 2nd cup in the afternoon or evening if I want :drinker:

I weighed myself on 1/5 and was down 2.6 pounds from my previous weigh in on 12/31. I'll need to get on schedule with the weigh ins for this group. Buying a scale this weekend :)

Hi, I've been Jazzercising almost 2 years this time around. I average about 7 classes a week. I've lost over 50 pounds with Jazzercise as my only exercise besides walking. My knee pain is gone, I'm more flexible and definitely stronger than when I started

We did a Core/Kickboxing class this morning and I LOVED it! I burned 500 calories so it definitely worked for me :)

My goal for this year is to get to 150 classes by the end of the summer. My schedule has changed so I may not be able to make as many classes this year but I'll do as many as I can
-
That's great! I was on a mission this year to get all the Jazzerswag my center offered so I averaged several classes a week since the beginning of 2012. It helped with my weight loss and fitness level besides being so much fun. It was a win win for me

You go girl!

Back to back Jazzercise classes this morning, burned over 900 calories in 2 hours
