Great job! My stats are pretty close to yours. I'm 5'7", started at 222lbs, I lost 7 lbs before starting MFP in June of this year and have lost 41lbs. so far using this site. I plan to workout that morning and burn as many calories as possible so I can sample some of whatever I want that day. I do plan to log my food so I don't get too far off track. Thanksgiving is a day to enjoy food, family and friends and to be thankful for all you have been blessed with.

I have 10 pounds to go to reach my original goal but I may adjust it to 15-20 more depending on how I look and feel in the next couple of months. Feel free to add me as well. I love the support and motivation I get from my pals.

I was using the Bailey's Creme Brulee creamer which was 40 cals per tablespoon. I realized I would save 280 calories or more a week if I went back to drinking it black like I used to years ago. As EllyG08 stated, our center is having it on Nov. 16, the fee is $15 but if you bring someone you get in free! And Jacwhite22, one of the males in our class is acting as the bouncer at our event. It should be a blast!

Some days I eat back my exercise calories and some days I don't. I'm also at 1330 calories a day. The days I don't eat that many I try not to go below 1200.

I use my phone app more than the computer at work but I do use it from time to time since I get more benefits from the site that way. But, hey, I multitask so even when I'm on the site I'm working. Yeah right! :wink:

I agree with those that are recommending an HRM to accurately track your calories burned. I got a Polar FT4 from Amazon.com a couple of months ago and I love it. One of the best investments I've made to help me reach my goal weight.

EllyG08 and I do the 6:30 p.m. Jazzercise class and stay for the 7:35 p.m. Body Sculpting class. It's only on Tuesday and Thursday. We love it!

I created a "Jazzercise, Body Sculpting" exercise under cardio and use my heart rate monitor to track my calories burned.

No pics to post but I'm 5'7" and I've lost 30 pounds since June 2012. Looking to lose another 15 at least. My heaviest weight was 222.1 in October 2011. Starting weight in June 2012 was 215. Jazzercise of El Cerrito, CA. I did 3 classes today, 6:00 a.m., 5:25 p.m and 6:30 p.m. I made 225 classes for the year with the 5:25 class! I stayed for 6:30 for good measure! I LOVE Jazzercise!!!

Mon - Wed - Fri are my early workout days. Alarm goes off at 5, out of the house by 5:50ish and at Jazzercise class for 6:00. It's the best way to start my day.
