I did HMR about a year ago and lost 50lbs easily. Their plan works, if you follow it, you will lose 2.5 to 3lbs a week. I was on Healthy Solutions and actually found the meals and shakes to be quite good. But than again I could eat the same thing for every meal and not complain. I use HMR. I have found it to be versatile (I can make thick shakes from the blender, jello flavored in the shaker, pudding for a late night snack) It has worked for me.

I have the same issue. I can lose 50lbs easier than 10. Last May I was 204 (I am 5'9"). By November I was 159. GREAT!! Though my goal was 150. It creeped up and creeped up. How much water are you consuming on a daily basis? How much exercise? What are you calories in? Weight loss is very, very simple - Calories out must be more than calories in. A person could lose weight eating only candy bars, as long as they made sure they were burning more calories than were in the candy bars.

I am wondering why you would want to. Coffee has very little calories, 2 per cup max. It provides health benefits. Use real sugar (much better than artificial stuff) if you need to, it only has 16 calories per serving. All the pick-me up and a little sweet for max 18 calories!
