If you enjoy coffee, I highly recommend CLICK protien. I don't use it as a meal replacement as it is fairly low in calories. It's like your own starbucks frappe ( if you blend it ) and it's absolutely delish, and packed with protien.

Sun Warrior - I am crazy about it. Low in calories, high in protein. Mixes great with water or unsweeteend almond milk.
  • I reccommend Herbalife.

I use HMR. I have found it to be versatile (I can make thick shakes from the blender, jello flavored in the shaker, pudding for a late night snack) It has worked for me.
  • I use GNC Wheybolic amplify

GNC Total Lean is pretty good. I got the preprepared kind in vanilla and strawberry. It is a little too sweet but is certainly acceptable. I did not care for the chocolate. My GNC let me taste it before I bought it.

My MD said Unjury was the best on the market - it tastes pretty good but it's 100cal per scoop and 17scoops per container. I've used Vanilla and both chocolates for about 8 months now. I mix it in the blender with these options: skim milk, soy slender, and almond, along with berries. I like it. http://www.unjury.com/store/protein/
