  • Don't add water or milk, it weakens egg structure. Spray then heat pan. Pour in well mixed eggs and cook on med-low. Use rubber spatula to raise edge and let liquid go under what is already cooked by tipping pan. When eggs are 80 % cooked and you can't pour any more under, then flip with help of rubber spatula.   • People who speak in the third person makes me mad in a very irrational way. And people at the gym who don't put the weights back where they belong so I have to spend 10 minutes of my workout time looking for them. Lazy poops.
  • I noticed that you eat very light early in the day. Maybe increasing your early meals to 400 cal. will keep you feeling fuller longer. I know I don't feel so deprived around the 400 mark. It may help eliminate your late night snack.
