thanks. i hope you can return to walking sometime. it really does help control weight gain. i have to remind myself that it is still worth investing my time in doing it even though it is just not the same as a long, heart pumping run.

I did not put any clothes on my registry bc I had been given hand me down clothes from 0-12 mos and did not any. more. clothes. I got tons of clothes. I also got a lot off my registry so I was thankful but I ended up taking back most of the clothes and exchanging them for other items. Good luck.

So I have maintained my weight from last week :) My goal is to maintain it one more week. I have gained 21lbs in 29 weeks.

28 weeks and up 21 pounds. I am going to try my best to maintain this weight for the next 2 weeks. It;s going to be hard though bc Sunday there is an ice cream social at church. I <3 ice cream. And I can never seem to swing any exercise on Sundays for some reason unless I skip a nap. And I am not skipping my nap ;)

I don't care much for NA beer but if I am craving an icey cold beer during these hot summer months I will just have a the first few swigs out of my husbands. Usually less than half and my craving is satisfied.

I had Stoneyfield Greek frozen yogurt (chocolate) this weekend. 100 cal for 1/2 cup and 0 fat. 6g protein. It was not quite as sweet as ice cream but I am hooked.

i work in a doctors office so there are several scales throughout the building. :( i have done both- weighed a few times a week and weigh only once a week. the prob i run into is my weight can fluctuate 2-4 pounds within a week. it is really confusing. and i still dont know exactly how i am going to log/ keep track of it.…
