well i did w4 d2 last night....on the treadmill! i have never tried to run on the treadmill and it was not all that bad. i feel like i may repeat a day or two of week 4 so i will really have that half mile down before moving on.....

Todays weight is 203.7. Not so bad considering this weekend was a bust and Wed night was awful too. But I am getting back on track and shooting to drop 2 more pounds by next Friday! How did everyone else do? Is everybody logging on bossymommy's site? i am going to send her a message now.

hey i'll join ya! i have set goals for the next 12 weeks. i like to power walk so here they are- 3 days a week do C25k (30 min) 2-3 days a week walk 1.5- 2 miles.

Lay off the whiskey!!!! Na, just kidding. I do the same thing! What SOMETIMES works for me is to do something healthy, like get some cardio, drink a ton of water..... even if it does not totally off set your "destruct" streak, it may lessen it. Good luck and congrats on your loss. Now if I can only practice what I preach :)

Good job! I completed week 3 day 2 last night. I struggled a little bc I was jogging the indoor track at the YMCA and it was crowded. That kind of messes up my concentration.

hi i have been doing the c25k program too and would like to join in. i did week 3 day 1 last night. i have been doing some running on an indoor track as well as an outdoor gravel track. outdoors is less boring but even small inclines through me off....

i have done a vegetable/ fruit juice (only fresh juice) fast before (4 days) and lost several pounds and i felt great while doing it. i continued to seriously diet and eat healthy after the fast and a few pounds came back but i continued to loose.

so how is everyone else doing??? i am kind of excited about today's run! i have never been excited about exercise. weird.

w2 d1 complete. it is MUCH easier to run indoors. today i ran the track at a local park that is pretty flat but there are a few inclines and then add in other people to dodge..... but somehow i made it :)

thats fine w/ me- what i have been doing is weighing on monday (to keep me accountable for the weekend) and then again on friday (to keep me in check for the week). seems to be working for right now.... i dont think we need to post all that though. whatever day is fine with me though.

did w1 d2 yesterday. last few jogging laps were difficult. i tried to remember next week they will last even longer. but you get to walk longer in between jogs too. hope everyone is having a great week!
