NOt so pleased with myself this morning. i did not make healthy choices all weekend and it shows this morning. last week i logged 166.2 on fri which was a 0.8 loss from monday but this morning i am up at 166.9 so thats actually a gain of 0.1. alright back on track though. 7/11- start 166.8 7/18- 166.9

Gosh- all of you ladies are doing great things for yourself and families. I am so excited because this challenge has given me a boost and support to break through some super slow weight loss/ plateu. i have approximately 4 pounds to loose to be a healthy bmi and about 18 to go to my goal weight!!

i will be curious to see what response you get. i have kind of experienced the same issue. seems like the scale moves better when i focus on strength training....

i have had exercise induced asthma since i was a kid.... and i was a smoker for about 10years. i have never been "a runner" in the past needless to say bc i had the same problem. but now i do run/jog on a regular basis. i did quit smoking. and i rarely have to use my inhaler now. what helped me the most though was jogging…
