  • Maybe if you plan to workout in the morning before going to work?? That way you can get it out the way, and once you get over the initial workout fatigue, you may have more energy throughout the day.

  • Yep, Ive been doing Insanity for about 7 weeks....I measured after 4 weeks, and my calves increased (by about 3/4 an inch) ! (I also lost inches in both my thighs and lower waist). I agree, all the "power jumps" are probably taking their toll lol
  • I definitely understand your frustration. I just started week 5, and although I have lost inches in my thighs and waist I haven't lost a single pound :( I will admit that the first month, I cut back on some unhealthy foods, but I wasnt counting calories/tracking my intake.
