I eat close to a dozen eggs a week myself, but i usually go half whites, half whole egg because of the fat content.

1/2 cup gorbanzo beans or other beans 1/2 cottage cheese or green salad with grilled chicken and a vinigerette dressing or chicken with green beans/corn/carrot sticks or canned tuna with spicy brown mustard (I can't stand eating tuna plain!) with some sort of veggie

For sweetening oatmeal I add raisins, blueberries, cinnamon, or sugar free applesauce. For a non sweet variation, i spinkle a bit of shredded cheese(2 Tablespoons) and/or turkey sausage on top. It may sound gross, but it's similar to wheat bread with breakfast filling.

running up and down stairs, i do this on my break at work to burn a few extra calories during the day. http://www.youtube.com/user/nettienielson Also, this woman puts up lots of videos for quick workouts that are both stregth and cardio, they only take 15 to 20 minutes.

If the yawning occurs it means you are dehydrated. I have had the same problem. Driking a bunch of water when you workout won't help with this, but making sure you stay hydrated through out the day will prevent the yawning during your next workout.
