  • Interesting. I wasn't aware that diabetes/cancer didn't exist until our modern times. It's a good thing that cavemen/women had literally no way to check for cancer or diabetes (assuming anyone ever had it, which they didn't), otherwise things might have gotten a bit sketchy. ;)

  • +1 for Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard..reasonable price, the taste is fine, nothing fancy. I also enjoy MusclePharm Combat Powder, which is a blend. It's a bit more expensive, but it seems to give me less gastro issues.
  • Sadly, we don't get to choose where our fat ends up on our bodies (as if!), but the stats you gave seem to put you in a reasonable spot as far as "healthy" weight goes.
