  • I did insanity one round and I am now on week 4 of insanity/p90x and running hybrid. Seems to be working so far. I had good results with insanity but I think this will help to get me to my goal. I also have pcos and I am about 7 lbs from my goal. I do think adding running had helped me a lot! You can add me as a friend and…
  • I am a mom of three (5 year old twin boys and 7 year old daughter). Been on here for 2 months and have had good results (18 lbs) but I still need constant motivation. Feel free to add me!
  • I have lost 18 (158 to 140) since the end of June, by completing one round of Insanity and using mfp. I have 10 to 15 to my goal. My first goal was 130 now I am thinking 125. Need to keep up the motivation! Add me as a friend if you like. Heather
  • Anything by Linkin Park!
  • Actually I did add running into my last three weeks of insanity and planning to do it again. I hate running but it is much needed! I was just figuring out where to do it. I like Wednesdays off and can really only run on weekends, when my husband is home. So I am thinking day 3 or 4 of each week. So nervous but excited to…
  • Yay! That is a good feeling! Heather

  • I am a stay at home (part time) with my 5 year old twin boys and 7 year old daughter. Feel free to add me! Heather
  • I just finished Insanity and on Monday starting a Insanity/P90x hybrid. I will need motivation!
  • Totally makes since to me now. It was confusing because some were saying that the activity level INCLUDED my exercise. I didn't want to be double dipping. I feel better. Thank you so much!!!
  • Thank you! Now that makes since to me!!! They are not expecting my 400+ exercise calories burned, just my daily life calories. So I should always log those. If my calories to eat, go up, if I eat those then I am eating the calories back! I think I will stick with the active level, as that is what I doing, plus add my…
  • Oops, i am sorry, I didn't mean to confuse anyone. I was just very confused on whether I should change my settings and if I was already eating back the calories. I have a net of 1200, with an activity level of active. My mfp set goal is to do at least 40 min of exercise a day and burn at least 240. I bypass this…
  • Shameless bump. :-). So, if my activity level is set to active, which I am, as a mother of three, then when mfp raises my calories I am not eating my exercise calories back or I am? Each workout for me burns from 300 to 500 each. I work out 6 days a week.
  • I have it set to active...
  • You can add me too. I am also a working mom. Heather
  • Roll a banana in peanut butter and granola.
  • I also have PCOS! I will add you. Heather
  • Me too! I have faternal twin boys. Their birthday is tomorrow and they will be 5. I also have a 7 year old daughter. I just recently lost my pregnancy weight from my boys and working on the other 15 lbs. It took me 5 years to have the time and energy to get serious. Heather
  • Congrats! Such good results!
  • I am going to do Insanity and P90X hybrid, hopefully that will get me to my goal!
  • Thank you everyone! I really loved it by the end. The second month is where I saw the most results. Honestly you don't need much room. Just enough where you can jump into a push up, safely. For eating, I would not say that I ate clean. But I stayed within my calories and ate much better than before but I did…
  • I just finished today but I am starting over and adding p90x too. Would love to some help with keeping motivated. Please add me as a friend. I have been on mfp for two months and didn't know until recently that you can add friends! Heather 15 lbs down, 14 to go!!!
  • I have the ft4 and love it! Certainly got it because it was cheaper and I didn't need anything but calories burned and heart rate. So i think it is great. Heather
  • Thank you everyone! I have looked at both p90x and les mills. Not sure how to choose! Though I do need weight training. Both of those programs seem intense and that is what I need, as I have gotten the cardio with Insanity. I do agree all the beach body programs seem to have the best results. Not interested in all the…
  • I keep some cooked and plain in my fridge. Then use it as cereal. I add skim milk, fruit and maybe a little sugar free jelly or syrup. Very good.
  • I have two days left! I have lost 15 lbs and 14 inches. I started at 158 and I am now 143 but honestly I feel like I look smaller than that now with all the inches lost. I am so happy with my results. I am going to do the second month again. I did add in running in the last few weeks as well as some simple arm workouts…
  • I don't have any pictures, wish I took some before pics, but I have had great results with Insanity. I will be starting the last week on thursday and plan to do the second month again. I am 36 and a mother of three. I started at 158 and I am now 143. I have also lost 14 inches! And almost two dress sizes. My goal is 130…
  • I use the Polar Ft4 and I love it. I got it at Target for less than $40. But any of the Polar ones are great. I just wanted to know heart rate and calories burned. The others had many more gadgets.

  • I have a Polar FT4, it was one of their cheaper ones but has worked well for what I need. I got it on sale at Target. Totally recommend it! Heather
