  • I just log it but I won't give it up at least in the morning.. We were using Half and half and have moved to low fat half and half. We hope to move to fat free half and half next but if we don't like it, then so be it. We just stay where we are. I use monk sugar to sweeten my coffee but I have been cutting way back on…

  • Are you eating the fruit? I have an infusion water jug and I do not add the calories for the fruit because I don't end up eating it.
  • Water, lemon water, diet coke (I'm working on limiting myself to one a day), hint water. Today at whole foods I found a fresh pressed juice of lemon, ginger and green tea. (I'm in love) Coffee and decaf tea. I also own a vitamix and some mornings do green smoothies or protein shakes.
  • That's good advice, I can see myself doing just that. I have been writing my food down first thing in the morning. If I have to add or change that's ok but at least I want to give myself some guideline for the day.
  • I could also use someone to keep me motivated. I have over 100lbs to lose and this last year has been horrible. I lost my mother and ate everything in sight, gaining an additional 20lbs. I'm 41
