  • Everybody is different. this website is a tool and for everyone to use. A beginer is going to have different grasp on information than someone who has already been using the site and meeting goals. What i believe this site is not for is negativity!

  • Oh briannever go to panera for breakfast my man. they have egg white soufflee that are so delicous and small and fatening. one ham and swiss souflee has 490 calories and 30 grams of fat.   • Some post their calories here in NY but not for all the food. I knew the calories would be high. I figured i would just eat later in the day to make up for the higher calories in the morning. If was the Fat that just floored me.

  • The steamed rice isnt horrible as long as you only have one serving of it, which i believe is only 200 calories. I LOVE steamed chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce on the side.

  • Good luck. Just try and remember everyday is different and there will be your ups and downs. Try and stay positive. I just started last week as well and its more than just counting calories it is a complete lifestyle change. Take your time and make smart choices that wont put too much pressure on yourself emotionally.
  • Everyone is different. For me if i dont take myself to the gym it doesnt matter if i eat my 1300 calories a day or 1000 my weight isnt moving. A healthy lifestyle has to incorporate so kind of excercise for most of us or we probably would have weight issues to begin with.
  • I think mentioning the point that he excercises faithfully is something that people arent mentioning. As important as it is to watch what you eat, exercise is just as important. A sendentary life style will make it impossible to lose weight and keep it off.
