Actually what I have been hearing is the opposite...like you need to eat more to lose weight. 800 calories a day is not a lot unless you eat like a whole lot of veggies (that is not a lot of calories). Ha! Nope...I fell off last Tuesday, and I did not log it. I started off good with the meal 1, 2, and 3...but I fell off after 3 and did not log it. So if you look at that day it looks like I ate only 500 calories when it was really probably about 2500. (I had a lot of tamales)

On the xbox, I really like Zumba (the first one) and The biggest loser. I don't do the actual game, but the quick play. You can set the time and type. I play Dance Central for fun, but haven't tried the workout feature yet.
