My goal is to lose weight and get stronger. I am very weak, having spent a lot of time doing nothing before realizing I need to get healthier. I am about 30 lbs overweight. Also, with the exception of the rows, I don't use weights. I am more of a body weight exercising kind of person.

why? because people eat too much and do not move. It's not about what you eat, it's HOW MUCH you eat..plus what your activity level is.

You're, not getting the point. Yes, comments on how well someone looks after weight loss is good/important but even if the person doesn't get comments, they should still be happy with themselves.

Losing weight is about getting into better shape and overall health not looking for praise. Maybe THAT'S why they don't say anything, they know you relish the attention

I believe exercise is very important to health whether it is to lose weight or not. I try and walk everyday, as a lifestyle choice, I don't see it as a chore.

Cheeseburger with BBQ sauce on it, green beans(which had been cooked in butter), fries..with BBQ sauce poured on the fries and a big cup of cola. That had to be about 1000 calories right there lol

Ill definitely try and fast this time. I always fail and eat like an hour before the time lol. I do fine during the morning and day because I'm doing stuff but when I get bored I get cravings.
