  • Well I know H-E-B's are only in Texas but they by far carry the most I have ever seen of a huge variety! I found my favorite and new addiction iced oatmeal raisin and they very cheap! Sorry if this is no help :/
  • I have to confess that I have not been eating as well as I would have liked to this week at all. It has been filled with cookies! Ugh my darn weakness.   • I agree here!! My carbs are starting usually around 260 a day. I am in maintenence mode and have been. I have not gained weight or been steadily gaining weight. Higher carbs work better for me without them I get light headed and dizzy multiple times a day. I tried low carb and it is no good for me.

  • I used to get turkey till I met my boyfriend which made me fall in love with oven roasted chicken breast. I get the 6in wheat oven roasted chicken breast with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onions, banana peppers, mustard, and onions of course. NO CHEESE
  • Mine is 20/55/25 and I can easily manage 25/60/15. My body works better with higher carbs as a runner. RDA is 130g minimum for anyone for your body to function.

  • When I go to subway mine is under 500 calories..I get an oven roasted chicken breast on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, banana peppers, (sometimes olives), pepper, and mustard. Also no cheese.

  • Yeah I agree with Naomi91 we do need carbohydrates. It is also the types people are putting into their body carbs that have been stripped completely of their nutritional value and are now crap is what people feed themselves. As well as limiting saturated fats has so many health benefits.

  • I changed mine to 2300 and haven't been doing to bad with it set there. Once I am able to maintain that I am going to drop it to 2000 and happily leave it there.
