I love this post. Yes, in a sense it is a social networking site but if you wanna go all extreme besides the blogs then do so just don't have those people as friends. I do not have a facebook and am very sad that the site resembles it so much. I just like to log my foods, reply to posters and look at diaries.

Fresh foods, cook your own meals and freeze them if its a soup or something. Stay away from packaged foods especially lunch meats they are full of sodium as well as canned soups.

I have IBS recently dianosed (within the last year) and I haven't had any issues with breakfast. Dang, you go girl! I will start running my 6 miles in about two weeks. You totally just inspired me! I run roughly an 8:30 and I do not wish to run anyfaster but you inspired me! I run my five miles now with in 45 mins so I will run 6 within an hour is great for me!

Indefinitely try to wake up earlier to give yourself time to eat breakfast. I have learned how much of a difference breakfast actually makes. with either a big lunch or dinner and a snack in between. This way your not stuffing yourself completely. Eat just enough to feel full.

I have eaten many vegetarian and meatless. I love boca burgers and amy's products as well as other lines of meatless foods. I love gardein products. The only thing I don't think I could give up is dairy products I have tried soy milk and almond milks they are not bad at all. I just don't prefer sweet tasting milks. Thanks…

I have completed two and they are not terrible difficult seeing as how they are designed for all ages, but they are super fun. Definitely strength train though along with being to run a 5k. I don't hate it, no. I just didn't enjoy it. I gave everything to my friend who more than LOVES it. I think it just depends on the person. It just wasnt mean for me. Congrats to everyone else though :)

I have eaten most or all of mine back since I started day one although I am maintaining now, so I am thinking that will be different. I never had any trouble losing any weight even with eating them back. I think that would be because I increased my metabolism. Not sure just though I would share my experience :)

If you do sandwiches same thing I was raised on buy deli meats actual ones they cut there for you generally lower in sodium and cheaper for what you actually get. Correct! Bare minimum nutrients should come from your foods, unless you have a diffeciency and it is discusses with a health care professional.

Also to note the settings they have defaulted here are higher than the RDA. They have 2500 is which an older amount the updated RDA is 2300.

Blackberry user here! I used to have an Iphone and I loved the app but I hated the phone. It was so much more conveinent! I will just patiently wait with everyone else in the mean time. :(

I feel confident I have down my portion sizes and what not I just want to be able to live life normally and comfortably again!! Haha more cookies yes and more starbucks double yes! I get back to nature orignal granola and I mix it in with a carbmaster yogurt and it is so heavenly! Other than that I would make my own but the organic without salts added.

I didn't hate it as much as when I had the app available its just more inconveinent on the computer.
