I didn't look over all the days just a few I glanced over. I would say eat more lean protein and fiber it will keep you feeling full longer.

I work two jobs and the second one is at a restaurant that serves chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken in huge portions with white gravy, texas toast and a choice of two sides. I see sooo many of them and I actually do not like them! :)

Try fruits, whole wheat breads/tortillas, granola, certain cereals, crackers, whole wheat pastas.

chicken fried steak is a slice of beef that is fried like chicken hence the name :) but there is also a thing known as chicken fried chicken which is well a slice of chicken fried and they are generally served with white gravy

Coookies cookies cookies sweets in general and caffiene as well completely addicted when it comes in forms of starbucks double shot light. Which seems to be the only thing to get me through my days unless I workout in the mornings and right now thats a bit tough because I love to run but not when it is cold outside!

30-an hour is what I have always been told you don't have to eat a lot just something to get you through. I generally have a power bar and a piece of fruit 45 mins almost prior. If you being to become gassy or have to stop to use the rest room you have eaten too much.

I attempted to for a while but just eating healthy was easier for me and it worked out better!

I don't tend to worry about my natural sugars because it has never stopped my weightloss or any of my goals but although your body processes all sugars the same way. Sugars in fruits are with simple carbs and from what I have gained it is nothing to worry about.

I do not count it because it only aids in water weight. I do it all the time.

As one poster noted the simple carbohydrates (your fruit sugars) cause insulin spikes only making you feel more hungry. I eat my fruit with something to keep me from starving!

I love muscle milk, a bit off your topic sorry but I will sometimes if its late at night after a workout and I am not starving use it as a meal replacement with a slice of bread and some nutella as my dessert!

I agree I do have IBS and it is a pain in the behind salts for sure as well as caffiene seems to make everything worse for me!

I love the gym but won't use a trainer ever again. I had a similar experience well sort of, she had me doing lunges and squats across the gym like you I am shy mostly. Thanks ya'll! I am pretty good about staying under everything but fiber I tend to go over and I set my goal at 30 but I was put on a high fiber diet a while ago and it has just stuck with me. Although, thanks again very helpful!

I was actually torn between those and the muffins I think if I buy them I will buy the muffins because they have more potassium or just a mix of the two because a vitatop like one person mentioned a perfect late night snack. :)
