You should be able to safely change your ratio to 50/25/20 with 20 being your fat percentage since it is healthy fats everything should still be in moderation. This is an unprofessional opinion of course but without knowing health issues 20% should still be okay.

Along with others who have mentioned it I tried the Kroger Carbmaster yogurt today and I thought it was heavenly and the perfect consistency and I will buy it again. I don't mind artificial sweetners because no one is perfect at eating everything 100% natural but I DO reccomend them!

All depends upon your personal preference I can do liquour,beer or wine. That's because fruits have insoluble fiber which move through your system quickly. Granola is a good choice I mix mine with yogurt and it becomes very filling for a good while!

This is a very interesting topic because I used the link one person left about BMR and to maintain the weight I am now it tells me I would need 2328 so I used moderately active and then it said 2054 and right now daily allowance before exercising is 1940. Hmm I am puzzled.

I actually have ibs and fiber has a love hate relationship with me. I was put on a high fiber diet and its never bad to go over your limit on here!

I do mine 5 days a week! not 30 each day though, mon,wed,fri at least 35 and on tuesday and thursday at least two miles then a workout! :)

Mm I wish I could say. It varies day by day because I like to space out my meals so that I'm not constantly hungry but if I could OH BREAKFAST and I would go all out! Haha well like yesterday!! 15oz Oj 1 appple bran muffin 1 bowl of oatmeal and soo full!!!

I always eat late because I work till 8 and most days I will then go to the gym and not get to eating till around 9! It's myth your body processes food late at night the same way it would at 8 am. You will be fine.
