If it is in house made guacamole you can have small portion :) made from avacados=healthy fats!

You cannot wash the sodium from your system. Water would help the bloating from your large intake of sodium.

Mine vary I try to keep my calories equally spread out through the day unless on certain days when I know I will be going to dinner out or something, well then I will save them.

Music helps keep my concentration but my thoughts, stress and thinking of how the end result is!

Yup I weigh a little more not much maybe a pound due to water retention and bloating.

You can eat soooo much more than salads when on a "diet" but I like to take dried cherries with grilled chicken or shrimp, sliced carrots and some granola over a bed of baby spinach with a homemade dressing :)

As long as you have eaten 80% of your calories including your exercise I wouldnt worry about it.

I am frugal too and I really could careless about what people think and as a waitress when you order water it makes the bill smaller and a large majority of people base the tip off the bill. Sushi means rice (or vinegar rice) wrapped in seaweed. A lot of sushi is not completely raw most sashimi is. Sashimi is a Japanese dish consisting of raw fish! Pants shopping is pretty terrible I can agree its hard to find pants that fit the butt, hips, and legs. If the generally fit the legs baggy everywhere else and if they fit my but the legs are too big its quite frustrating! Yay for curvy women :) made my day!

Congrats to you!! I gave up sodas roughly around july/august and it is the greatest thing I have ever done! I have a sip of my boyfriends now and then. No more than that because I can't handle all the ingredients and how grimy my mouth feels. :)

As a sidenote drinking lots of water will not flush out your sodium levels. Although you can counteract it by potassium!

I eat subway mostly but the oven roasted chicken breast bc of the sodium content or turkey as well. Quiznos if you have ever looked up the nutritional info you would be scared away. Finally Jimmy John's just doesn't have anything I have ever tried and liked.
