I have been on it and have been on about 10 different ones and never gained a pound of weight. There is just the probability of fluid retention which can be taken care of! :)

I stopped drinking sodas because they were to expensive and I was retaining a lot of water weight while drinking them. Not to mention I would also depend on the caffiene till I realized they were not doing me and good period.

I did it last year and I had a blast :) It is definitely designed for all ages but still within the first two minutes I was completely covered in mud and got kicked in the face! OHHH but it was all so fun.

Oh yes, I know that feeling very well. What it does she said it stops the abdominal muscle contractions and calms them down. It seems to have been very effective! Good luck! I also have a gastrointestinal doctor and it took a lot of time excluding other things before they diagnosed me with it.

I eat my 5 meals roughly 300+ calories keeps me a pretty happy camper. I used to eat just three times a day but felt hungry all the time so I just balance out my meals. Each to their own. :)

I love this! Congratulations! I log everything I eat as well whether I know its good or bad. I am happy :) As for cheat days I used to do them then I just realized everything in moderation will not harm me :)

I run, run, run, run because I love to and running burns all over. No it may not be for you but I also incorporate strength training. Just a suggestion a light jog daily, with strength training a couple days a week.

I have both and I am so body conscious ever since I eliminated all sodas so I drink mainly water and unsweetened teas and running consistently I have seen a dramatic difference. I am up for trying new things :) thanks!

I am indefinitely pear shaped as well I have a tiny upper half. I have come to realize since I have always been an athlete my thighs will never go away. Although after I have been running and exercising I noticed that they are more shaply and it seems to make me feel better, although they are still there :/
