I recently just saw my husband via skype, he has been deployed and is finally flying back to japan. It was a very exciting moment for me. There in lies the problem he will be flying back to the states soon and I haven't lost a lb. Now I want to be in the best shape possible when he gets home. I need serious fat blasting muscle toning routines. I also forget to mention I'm sick coming down with the cold or something, its making it difficult to eat. Yes a bit of a problem but something I think I can push threw. Ideas anyone?

P90X. You can probably watch most of the videos on youtube, or maybe borrow them from someone you know.
Or just go for a walk everyday! I used to walk a couple miles a day when I was at my lowest weight of 159.. You will drop pounds walking, but without strength training you may lose a bunch of muscle also.
The trick is to do cardio and strength exercises.0 -
I run, run, run, run because I love to and running burns all over. No it may not be for you but I also incorporate strength training. Just a suggestion a light jog daily, with strength training a couple days a week.0

I just took a quick look at your food diary. I venture a guess that if you took out the chips (cheetos) and fast food and substitued healthier foods that would contain far less sodium, drink a bunch of water to flush your system and do anything for exercise you would see a quick drop of a pound or two and maybe, just maybe it would show up even more in looks.0
