How many servings is that?

A roger burger which includes: bacon, double cheese, jalepenos, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, mayo and mustard. I would get that with onion rings or crispy fries and eat everything with ranch and honeymustard! Ranch to dip the burger and honey mustard for the others!

Also take your measurements if those aren't changing or you aren''t seeing any physical changes then your good. Weight is just a number to me :)

I definitely do because my boyfriend and his current living situation we eat fast food every night I am with him. Even with this, the choices I have made have never made me gain any weight since I have been maintaining. I was also still losing perfectly before as well.

Has it altered your weight loss any? If it hasn't then why stop it? I don't use herbal love but I do get up snack on something wether is be a scoop of pb, a few bites of cereal, a spoonful of cottage cheese, or a glass of juice and never hurt me one bit!

There is very little sugar in the ones that I have tried thats the thing. I think I just enjoy the incredible caffiene kick. Well crap may go back to taking shots of straight expresso.

My numbers on here initially before I exercise sit right at what is my RMR for the ENTIRE day then when I exercise. It goes over which confuses me. I mean I am doing fine and doing well maintaining. Should I really be eating all of these 2300+ calories some days?!? Lol I guess I have to realize there is no magical number…

Thanks Taso it's just the number it gives me here for the day after exercise is greater than the numbers I have previously seen which are around the upper 1900's to mid 2000's so on here I realized I have been eating over a by a good amount a fair number of days!
-
I am not trying to lose though. I just don't want to be over eating this whole time and never knew it.

I exercise 6 times a week. I run on all 6 days but on two out of the four I only run 2 miles plus a workout!

In combination with what everyone else says and I think the poster above me stated it. Your body now is retaining it and once it gets what it needs and regulates everything your body will adjust and you will make frequent trips. This is what happened to me because I never used to drink water. Now its pretty much all I do…

As a person who used to not eat before I workout I definitely have something now before. Be it an orange or a banana at least 30 mins before. I generally have this coffee protein powder. I don't use it for the protein but it defnitely doesn't hurt. Also now that I my degree in Human Nutrition and Foods is well on its way.…

B12 is good for energy not so much your metabolism. B vitamins aid in the energy process for your body so if you are needing energy it is the way to go.

Hot pockets, pizza roll, frozen pizzas, pretzels, chips of all sorts. We rarely ever had fruit or veggies. Capri suns, juice boxes, for lunches it would be cold…
