I love this I may try it!! I can't do the fruit I know t is full of sugar but it doesn't have the satisfying effect as say a cookie or scoop of icecream!

Oatmeals, flax seeds, whole grains and whole wheats. Look at the nutritional labels it helps a lot when trying to select high fiber foods. Fresh foods are excellent sources apples!! Chili cheese fries, frito pies with sodas. Candy bars pretty much everyday all in high school. Oh I must not forget taco bell eating 3 gordita beef supremes and three crunchy taco supremes then a large drink to go with!!

I have mine at 55% carbs, 25% fats, and 20% protein I do better with higher carbs as a runner. Anything lower than that I get really dizzy. When I want something sweet I go for Kashi Honey Puffed cereal and a cereal without any sugar at all I really enjoy Kashi 7 grain puffed cereal both have good sources of fiber and protein for what they are worth!

I really want vibrams and have wanted them for a while. I prefer to run barefoot shoes seem to slow me down. It feels like shoes make my feet heavy no matter how many different pairs of lightweight shoes I own!

I personally don't do them. I get all my protein from foods although I have nothing against them. I guess they just seem more convienent.

Starvation mode doesn't happen in one day it takes a prolonged period of deprivation. If you can eat something with is high calorie like nuts, peanut butter or some cereal would be good. Since you don't feel well don't stuff yourself. It is one day you will be fine.

Yeah, it definitely doesn't happen that quick. It is over a prolonged period of time. I myself was on a clear liquid diet (no colors) for over 24 hours doctors orders and I am still fine. Just agreeing with your thinking.

Eat a light meal before you leave the house then make a tiny sample platter of each thing to avoid over indulging, or least that is what I would do. :)

I do generally. I eat them all most of the time. I spread out them during the day though I enable myself to eat larger meals not just one lump sum of calories that I feel the need to eat. :) Never failed me yet while losing and I have been maintaining for over 3 months and have been successful :)
