When I talk myself out of cravings

I've been pretty sick since Tuesday; chills, mild fever, coughing, headache, sore throat, mucus. I didn't exercise at all: I know my body and I know resting and drinking fluids would be better for me than forcing my tired and ill body outside to walk for a mile in the cold. If you feel like you can, do it. If you feel like…

Whatever you feel comfortable with. I tend to not do cardio when I've got a cold, but that's because I always end up feeling light ended and sicker. If you start it and feel like you can power through, power through. If your body sends signals that it's time to stop, stop. You know your body better than anyone else.

I'm three episodes behind since I'm all caught up in Boardwalk Empire and TWD. ...does this mean I should re-start Dexter?

As a general rude: Unless you can see the baby's head coming out of her vagina, never ask a woman if she's pregnant. Ever.

I'm 5'4 and feel most comfortable at about 150. I'm not really sure a goal "jean" size since lady jeans suck and they just slap a number on there all willy-nilly. I've got about six different sizes in jeans, all that fit about the same.

I'm 5'4, at 191, looking to hit 145 :) I started at 194 and I've been doing this for...20 days Haven't made much progress, but feel free to add me :)

I don't think your sexual orientation can change--not through lifestyle factors, not through therapy. You're attracted to who you're attracted to; You don't wake up at the age of 13 and fill out a sexual orientation sheet. I have no respect for Dr. Oz.

I also want to get a tattoo for my weight loss goal...it'll be second one :) It's a quote: “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, when one only remembers to turn on the light.”

Happy trails! Not forests. Trails.

5'4 Starting Weight = 190 Men have always hit on me /shrug But I've been in a committed relationship for two years so it doesn't matter if they do or not.

SOunds great! And I always have bananas left around...

Did pretty crummy yesterday and today...but I ended my night on a MUCH better note (Had that will power kick in) and I'll be back to normal tomorrow...it happens. More bummed by the fact I've gotta take a break from my running for a couple of weeks until my stupid shins don't hurt.

Two pounds. Ain't even mad, was delicious.

I'll eat what I normally eat, but just try for a smaller portion. Except for pie. Because god damnit, it's a slice of pie.

Sims 3, Rift, and just got Dragon Age II. Used to do a lot of WoW, just didn't feel MoP. Guild Wars 2 was great, just there is no end game and I can't handle the dungeons (WTB the tank/healer/3dps model).

That girl is cray cray and you better walk away before you stick your D in crazy

Try drinking a large of glass of water when you start feeling cravings and whatnot. We often mistake hunger for thirst :)

This sounds amazing

Sundays I don't work out so I'm a bit more lax with what I eat. I don't go overboard and do anything nutty, but I won't turn down the offer of pizza, either. And then the rest of the week, I'm a bit more anal. Because changing a lifestyle is still about realizing you'll still eat something unhealthy every now and then.

I weigh daily, but only record weekly.

Never expect perfection from yourself--you'll just be sad and angry in the end. A bad day won't happen once, but several times. Just realize it isn't the end and keep to your regular routine the next day. For me personally, when I feel like I've done really awful, I drink a big glass of water before bed (since I normally…

If I can ever get there, I'm getting myself another tattoo :) Money is tight but if I manage to do this, I want something long-lasting on my body to remind me of the struggles and success I can have.

Not feel insecure in a dressing room

I am not a Robot by Marina and the Diamonds.

I've got it--I replaced my running shoes, which helped some. I'll keep a cold pack on it for a few on really bad days and I'll skip the running. If you feel the need to go to the gym when it's acting up, try the elliptical.

A makes me sad and scared And B is just kinda meh. I'm not into muscles; I like slender, but not veiny. if I had to pick, B, just because A makes me scared if I don't moan right he'll rip my head off.

As someone in their early 20s, no thanks. I'm not ready to go into shoulder pad territory and really awful "grandmother's couch print" skirts. And no muffin top here; the size of my pants is known to me so I'd rather go up a size than wear something smaller and look like *kitten* :D

I have a friend that clean eats. If she can't pronounce what's in the ingredient list, and if she can't tell you what it is, she won't eat it.
