I started this at about the same as you...ive lost 18lbs so far and ive noticed my tight jeans aren't so tight..however i don't have alot of inches gone. its gone more in my tummy area. i would like to know what others have to say on this as well. feel free to add me!

sounds like water...i actually eat 2 fiber bars a day cause of the same type of issues. it could also be any medications you may be taking.

I assume you mean you eat your exercise calories...I never do. Its almost pointless to do that. try to not do it and see if that helps.

Thank you for this!! therobinator...i count everything no matter what. i have to. i don't give myself an inch...but if you check my food journal i eat whatever i want when i want. i just count it in....and to date have lost over 18lbs in a little over 30 days...so im quite happy!

Vitamin D has helped hubby and I. We take it in the am helps keep me awake (im hypothyroid so i get tired quick but can't sleep at night) it helps me sleep at night since im not trying to nap during the day.
