i go to the dr's on the 16th (orthopedic) I will let you know if they tell me anything. I can tell you I had minimal pain last night and today from using my gazelle last night. i did it at 6 minute intervals. its an elliptical so its minimal impact on my joints. I hope this helps!

if u like hummas...i love cucumber slices in hummus..if you want them "salty"ish sprinkle a bit of garlic powder on them. although if you are doing store bought hummus there is enough sodium in the hummus naturally.

lol i do the bathroom thing...i listen to my ipod all day so when im in the bathroom i go to the "big" stall and while im drying my hands i do crunches/twists or dance..so glad they can't put cameras in there!

yep 5 minutes adds up. do 5 when you can and 5 more. i did that last night on my tony little gazelle. i did 6, then 7 then 6 then 6 again. eventually i won't have to break but they add up!

you said fruits and veggies. make sure they aren't high sugar fruits and high carb veggies. too many of those will definitly slow you up.
